Permillage
The fractional share, expressed in thousandths, that each unit owns in a condominium's common parts.
Permillage (or 'millièmes') is the ownership fraction assigned to each unit in a condominium, expressed out of 1,000. It's used to weight votes in general meetings and to allocate common expenses. A 12/1000 unit owns 1.2% of the building and its vote counts for 12 units when tallying resolutions. Permillages are set once in the building's founding deed and only change if the physical layout of the property changes.
