Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using CoCollab you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

CoCollab lets condominium residents report and discuss issues, vote on them, view an owners directory, and share building documents. The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• post unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringing content;
• upload personal data of others without a lawful basis;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its data;
• use the contact details in the owners directory for marketing.

5. Content you post

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant CoCollab a non-exclusive licence to host and display it as needed to run the service. You are responsible for the legality of what you post.

6. Termination

You can request account deletion at any time by writing to hello@cocollab.space. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoCollab is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including statutory consumer rights in the EU).

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the EU Member State in which the building is located, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
