What happens after the beta?
When we introduce paid plans, buildings that joined during early access keep their current plan free for at least twelve months. Paid pricing will be a flat per-building fee — never per owner — with a simple free tier for smaller buildings.
Enterprise or portfolio managers?
If you manage more than ten buildings, we offer a shared admin view, volume pricing and priority support. Talk to us.
