Is CoCollab free?
Yes — you can create a condo, invite owners, and run polls, issues, and announcements at no cost while we're in early access.
Can residents sign up before their manager does?
Yes. Residents can create an account and request to join their building. The manager (or anyone with admin rights) approves them when they sign up.
How does weighted voting work?
Each owner has a permillage (thousandth share) of the building. When a poll closes, results are tallied by each voter's permillage, not by headcount — matching how official condo decisions work.
Do we have to switch managers to use it?
No. CoCollab is the collaboration layer between owners and whoever manages the building — keep your current manager and use the tools alongside.
What languages does it support?
The interface is available in multiple languages — switch from the language selector in the header.
Is our data private?
Yes. Each condo is isolated: only approved members can see your owners, finances, documents, votes, and discussions.
