Syndic (managing agent)
The professional or elected person responsible for running the condominium day to day.
In French, Belgian and Swiss practice the 'syndic' is the person or firm mandated by the general meeting to manage the building — accounting, contracts, upkeep, execution of AG decisions. In English-speaking countries the equivalent role is 'managing agent' or 'property manager'.
