Condo board
Group of owners elected to oversee the building between general meetings.
The condo board (also 'council of co-owners' or 'conseil syndical') is a small elected group that supervises the syndic/manager, reviews budgets and finances between AGMs, and prepares decisions for the next meeting. Its powers are consultative in most jurisdictions.
