Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The yearly statutory meeting where owners approve accounts, elect the board and vote on major works.
The AGM is the highest decision-making body in a condominium. It typically approves the previous year's accounts, votes the next year's budget, elects or renews the board and syndic/manager, and decides on any major works. Most jurisdictions require formal convocation notice, written minutes and a strict quorum.
