Proxy vote
A vote cast on behalf of an absent owner by a designated representative.
A proxy vote lets an owner who can't attend a meeting delegate their voting power to another owner, board member or third party. Most condo statutes cap the number of proxies a single person can hold. CoCollab records the proxy chain, the delegated permillage and the signed authorisation, producing a defensible audit trail if the vote is later challenged.
