Strata scheme
The Australian and New Zealand term for a condominium — a building divided into individually-owned lots plus common property.
In NSW, Victoria and New Zealand, condominium buildings are called strata schemes. Each owner owns a lot and a share of common property, and the scheme is run by an elected strata committee under state-specific strata legislation.
