Bylaws
The rules that govern how a condominium operates, adopted by the owners.
Bylaws (or 'regulations', 'règlement de copropriété', 'regulamento do condomínio') set out how the building is run: use of common parts, voting procedures, pets, noise hours, subletting, and so on. They complement the founding deed and can be amended by a qualified majority.
